Finally, a case designed specifically for the i36 IGNITE unit! Listen, I have the Pelican cases for 4 of the 6 units I own. They’re great for what they are, but they’re not made for the IGNITE. They aren’t made to be closed when you have ignitors, and you definitely don’t want to snap it closed on the breakout cables! I also hate that I simply can’t stack them because of the antenna port sticking out the top. Oh, and I had to buy the antenna extended and drill a hole in the Pelican case! Plus, I have lost all the rubber antenna nubs that protect the antenna port sticking out of the top of the case.
With this case, you don’t need to buy anything extra! There is a spot specifically designed to hold the antenna when not in use, and when the antenna is in use, it now holds the rubber antenna nub! Plus, there are slots on each side of the case with plenty or space to route all the ignitors or breakout cables you are using, and still you are able to snap the cover shut.
Open the cover, screw on the antenna, plug in all your cables or ignitors and slide the cover over the antenna and snap it closed!
It weighs less than half a pound, comes in a wonderful blue color and has GLMR printed on the bottom as you can see. It’s made out of PETG+ and we heat tested it up to 165 degrees before it got pliable.
